A clear plan organizes classrooms around a two-storey core, linked by bridges within a double-height corridor illuminated by clerestory windows. The exterior is clad in steel siding detailed in a silver-and-white checkerboard that echoes airfield markings, while polished concrete floors and bold accents animate the interior.

Southport

A landmark rooftop venue 16 stories above King West offering lounge bar, dining, outdoor pools, cabanas, and uninterrupted 360-degree skyline views. The layout organizes a progression from indoor dining, through a lounge bar, to terraces and pools, with private cabanas creating intimate moments at the edges of the rooftop. Luxurious finishes including sleek glazing, polished stone, warm wood tones, and soft ambient lighting complement reflective pool surfaces, while open sky and horizon views become central elements of the guest experience.

Lavelle

An enclosed pedestrian bridge and new stair towers connect the existing parking garage to the train platforms, spanning the CN main line. The structure was shop-fabricated in sections, assembled on site, and lifted into place overnight onto concrete piers. Its sloping floor provides clearance for trains, while a cantilevered catwalk accommodates maintenance. Clad in white aluminum panels with curtainwall, the bridge aligns visually with the surrounding station buildings from the 1960s and 70s.

Burlington

Burlington Station GO Transit Bridge

This renovation project addressed deteriorating exterior walls, outdated glazing, and an unclear entry sequence. A projecting frame clad in polished black granite gives the entrance new prominence, paired with a widened stone stair and garden wall. The lobby and retail areas were expanded and pulled forward with frameless glazing, while an integrated ramp with glass rail improves accessibility. The tower was reclad in greenish-tan stucco, and the garage entrance refinished in black to better integrate with the overall composition.

Thirty Soudan

This office for a Toronto real estate brokerage is organized across two levels, with a ground floor lobby and work areas located above. A lit stair leads to a reception hub, with open workstations along the glazed facade and a suite of glass-fronted meeting rooms and a boardroom arranged as freestanding volumes. Pale oak floors, white-framed partitions, dark metal detailing, and a matte black ceiling with warm integrated lighting create a calm, contemporary environment suited to client-facing work.

PSR Offices

Renovations and additions refreshed the offices and main entry of this furniture manufacturer’s factory, strengthening its street presence and functionality. A lantern-like vestibule anchors the new entry, complemented by a canopy and walkways that connect to existing parking. Updated offices and a reconfigured parking court improve circulation while creating a more cohesive workplace environment.

Prismatique

A 1970s single-tenant commercial building was converted into a 5,000 m² multi-tenant office complex. The redesign introduced a central entry with a canopy and drop-off, a new rear entrance from the main parking lot, and updated systems throughout. New windows and a blue stucco façade with white canopies and dark-framed glazing give the building a stronger identity, while mature landscaping was carefully preserved.

980 Fraser Drive

This three-storey commercial building was designed for a prominent corner in Cabbagetown, using red brick, stone, and glass to create a contemporary yet durable expression. The ground floor and much of the second are occupied by a bank branch, while the remaining space is organized as flexible offices. Clear massing and resilient materials give the project a strong civic presence and long-term adaptability.
